He helps them frame hard questions, see how decisions may affect the wider organization, weigh trade-offs, and set a course they can carry out. His practice covers organization-wide strategy, portfolio and program planning, service and product design, technology direction, facilitation, and organizational systems.
He has worked across arts and culture, health, government, technology, and social impact settings. Through Interplxy, the creative development studio he founded, Nate develops creative projects, new ventures, and independent lines of inquiry. As a senior member of the Tetradian Collective he focuses on enterprise architecture, innovation, and helping practitioners and teams become more capable of leading change. With the arts nonprofit Voice of Purpose, he supports community-engaged systems change.
